The winner is to be declared in mid January.
Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has reported about the finish of call for bids in respect of the SE Kherson Sea Trade Port assets concession tender which lasted from 08 October to 06 December 2019.
Minister Vladyslav Kryklii has announced today the list of four concession claimants.

The Turkish stevedoring company Busserk Liman İşletme Loj. Hizm. LTD.ŞTİ operating in the ports Gübretaş (since 2016), Isdemir (since 2017), and Giresun (since 2019). Busserk handles general, dry bulk and container cargoes. The company’s storage capacities admit above 500,000 t.
The company was founded in 2013, 50% shared by the logistic firm Erkport Lojistik, and 50% by Emrah Gezgin.
The consortium LLC Special Company Sea Port Kherson embraces the stevedores Asket Shipping – 40%, and a grain trader LLC Global Grain – 60%.
Asket Shipping operates in Berdiansk, Mariupol, Mykolaiv, Odessa, and Kherson sea ports. Global Grain is the Ukrainian grain trader operating in Kherson Region. The company’s main activities are focused on the trade of grain, raw tobacco, seeds and forage fodder.
The consortium LLC Risoil-Kherson includes Petro Oil & Chemicals being a part of Georgian industrial Group – 60%, and the port operator Risoil S.A. (Switzerland) – 40%.
Georgian industrial Group is listed among largest industrial groups of Georgia, functioning in various spheres focusing on the energy sector (electric power production and trade, LNG trade and fuelling). GIG also deals with commercial estate, construction materials, and metal production.
Risoil terminals work in the port of Chornomorsk providing grains and edible oil transhipment, and include also Maritime Technical Centre dedicated to complex services on container and dry bulk cargo handling.
The consortium LLC Ukrmorport comprise PJS Kremehcnuk River Port – 10%, the daughter company of Yuran LLC DP Yurol – 40% (associated to the operator of Odessa Port Brooklyn-Kiev), and LLC Legal Firm Justice & Law – 50%.
MIU has noted that they hope to proclaim the winner’s name in the middle of January 2020, while as soon as 17 December the aspirants to Olvia Port concession should be announced.
