Уважаемые дамы и господа, примите к сведению, что согласно последнему разъяснительному письму налоговых властей Кипра минимально приемлемой процентной маржей по займам (кредитам) является 0,35%.
Dear Sirs, please note that according to the new circular from the Cyprus tax office the acceptable minimum marginal interest rate on loans is 0.35%.
A possible example: Cyprus LTD obtained loan at interests (credit) at 8% annually and further granted these funds to Ukraine at 8.1%. Auditors will then calculate tax consequences of this operation basing on the rate of 8.35% not 8.1%.
