The official notice has been placed yesterday on the web site of Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine; see the reference at the bottom.
The note announces that the official signing of the agreement on transfer to concession of the specialised sea port Olvia assets will take place online on 20 August 2020 starting at 13.00 LT.
