Международная юридическая служба Interlegal успешно отстояла интересы судовладельца т/х «Nomad Eagle» при урегулировании инцидента, который произошел 5 февраля на территории «Николаевского судостроительного завода «Океан». Напомним, что в процессе буксировки произошло столкновения рейдового буксира «Иссык-Куль» с сухогрузом, после чего буксир затонул.
28.02.2013 т/х «Nomad Eagle» после снятия ареста Хозяйственным судом Николаевской области продолжил запланированный рейс.
Interlegal has defended successfully the Ship Owner’s interests of the m/v Nomad Eagle having settled the incident which occurred on the 5th of February at the territory of the Nikolayev Ship Building Yard Ocean. We remind that in the towing process the harbour tugboat Issyk-Kul collided with the bulk carrier and sank.
On 28.02.2013 m/v Nomad Eagle continued the planned voyage after it had been released from the arrest by the Nikolaev Region Commercial Court.
