In August 2020 Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine granted to the company Renaisco B.V. permit to acquire over 50% of the Everi terminal’s authorized capital.

“This bargain has once again confirmed high investment potential of the port industry in Ukraine, as well as showed confidence and high appreciation towards the whole OREXIM team’s work having resulted in creation of a world class terminal”, the OREXIM group’s CFO Tatiana Komarova commented upon the deal.

An investment company Capital Times played the part of OREXIM group’s financial advisor of the vegoils terminal Everi sale transaction.

For some recent years it is already the third transaction of Capital Times in port infrastructure after successful raising of the €31M credit by the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank for construction of a sea grain terminal based on Mykolaiv Cereals Plant, and involving a foreign partner, namely Posco International (Korea Republic) for the mentioned terminal’s further development.

The transhipment complex Everi was built in 2010 and upgraded in 2018. Its storage capacity is 160,000 t, while handling capacity amounts to annual 1.5M t of edible oils.
OREXIM group of companies started from a small trading firm in 2004. For the years passed the group’s business has transformed into a large structure employing some 1,000-strong workforce. The main activities are agriproduct export, port and logistic services.
