С 1 января 2012 г. вводятся в действие следующие регламенты LMAA в новой редакции:
– THE LMAA TERMS (2012);
– THE INTERMEDIATE CLAIMS PROCEDURE (2012);
– THE SMALL CLAIMS PROCEDURE (2012).
Энтони Халлгартен стоял во главе коллектива опытных арбитров, проделавшего работу по пересмотру регламентов.
The Association is pleased to publish revised Terms and Procedures which are now available on the website (by clicking the Terms tab). They will become effective for all references on and after 1 January 2012. The new Terms and Procedures take account of many comments made by users and will, it is hoped, help to correct anomalies and streamline LMAA procedures. The commentaries on the Terms and Procedures have also been revised and are also available on the website. The revised terms have been prepared by a sub-committee of experienced arbitrators under the chairmanship of Anthony Hallgarten Q.C. A new handbook will be published early in 2012.
