Vice Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Viktor Dovhan noted with this regard that a significant step could become passing Ministers’ Declaration on Adoption of Maritime Agenda for the Black Sea. “Ukraine is interested in encouraging the development of port infrastructure and employment of the Black Sea ports potential. Elaboration of agreed decisions, realisation of which is aimed at development of multilateral economical cooperation in the Black Sea region is our common task”, declared Vice Minister.
