According to the report, the construction of two facilities in the Zaporozhye and Dnipropetrovsk regions is planned to be completed before the start of the new crop harvest in 2018. New terminals will be built at the expense of the European Investment Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
As part of the implementation of the relevant plans, the company’s CEO Alexei Vadatursky last week held working meetings with the chairman of the Zaporozhye Regional State Administration Konstantin Bryl and the deputy chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Oleg Kuzhman.
In particular, the main topic of the workshop with the head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration was the construction of a new grain handling terminal in the village of Ternovka in the Volnyansky district. The parties discussed the procedure for land allocation, energy supply, the need for dredging and other issues.
In June 2017, the company opened a new river terminal for the handling of grain and oilseeds in the village of Belenkoye, Zaporozhye district, Zaporozhye region (right bank of the Dnieper). The project cost was about 500 million UAH.
LLC JV «Nibulon» (founded in 1991) is one of the largest operators of the grain market of Ukraine. It has elevator capacities with a total capacity of about 2 million tons and its own transshipment terminal in Nikolaev sea port with a capacity of 5 million tons. The company exported 4.65 million tons of grain in 2016-2017 marketing year (in 2015-2016 — 4.66 million tons).
