BIMCO has published ROPAXTIME – the latest addition to its portfolio of standard time charter parties. ROPAXTIME is the first tailor-made contract for the RoPax trade and will provide parties with a comprehensive contractual platform on which to do business. Written by industry experts, the charter party contains the latest standard time charter clauses and includes detailed provisions covering trade specific issues such as hotel, restaurant; and passenger related issues.
ROPAXTIME is available to subscribers of IDEA•2 and a sample copy can be downloaded free of charge from BIMCO’s website, where Explanatory Notes can also be found.
